IVF Round One: Week 6 Part 2!!

Dear Little One,

I forgot to Add out pictures of the last day of injections so I am gonna include those here....From July 7, 2019!!! Last Day of Injections and a celebratory Lemon Pie!!!

We were instructed to do our Trigger shot Monday evening July 8 at exactly 8:00 p.m. Every other shot can be given within a few hours of a certain time frame but the trigger shot is VERY time sensitive. We had everything ready about 15 minutes before and waited until the clock struck 8 and we made it in our time frame!! (What a relief!!) The Trigger shot doesn't hurt much so thats a relief. The trigger shot is a shot filled with HCG with a pregnancy hormone. To ensure that the shot was given correctly, it is recommended that you actually take a pregnancy test. So we did and it was positive. This was a super weird feeling for me because I have never had a positive test before and the first one I ever had was not real. Either was I am glad it worked. :) The Best Part about the Trigger shot being Monday? I had a break from all meds Tuesday, it was entirely lovely.

Our Doctor's office is in Cincinati so we travel out of town A LOT. Knowing that our egg retrieval was on Wednesday at 6:45 a.m. made me crazy nervous. Luckily your Grandparents live only 20 minutes away from our Dr's office so we decided to stay with them Tuesday. We had a hiccup at the pharmacy (and my hiccup I mean disaster like I was a hysterical mess but I am sure noone noticed, right?!) lol! Once everything there was sorted we stopped by my nanny's because she had a package for us. I picked it up and said a quick hello and opened the package when I was in the car. It was a bunch of baby clothes (que hysterical sobbing part 2) It was so incredibly kind and more than that reminded me to have faith that you will be here one day. I can't wait to put these sweet onsies on you and THE LAMB ON THE BUTT?! I can't even with the cuteness.

We are trusting and choosing to have faith. Faith that our God is for us and that we will see you so soon!!!
