Dear Little One,

We had an appointment July 3 to check how my body is responding to medication. I was a little concerned because I didn't feel like my body was doing anything but when my Dr. performed the ultrasound he said everything looked "EXCELLENT" and was growing well. Take that Doubt!! My brother, sister and one of my best friends Rachel came with me to my appointment and laughed so hard like all day. It really made me a lot less nervous about giving blood or what the results would be knowing they were there.

One of my many good luck charms :) I wore this along with a bracelet that a sweet friend got me.

When you go in for a Follicle scan they do a more invasive ultrasound than what you see on TV if you know what I mean. But they really cool thing is they have a screen next to the table you lay on where you can see the progress of everything and how things are progressing. I had lots of follicles and it took them a while to measure all of them which seems like a good sign!!

Here's the screen you get to see all of your follicles on. It's pretty neat!!

Because everything was going well they started me on an additional injection called Ganirelix Starting July 4th! We had plans to hangout with friends that night so I did the injection at their house around 9:30 p.m. Welllllll Ganirelix HURTS. Like stings. So I am not it's biggest fan. haha! But you are worth it. Just know that when I take you to get shots one day you can't hate me, I went through worse just so I could have you. ;)

I will go back on July 6th to see how everything continues to progress. All of this is so worth it just for the chance to get to meet you.

All our love,

Mom & Dad
