Dear Little One,

This whole process has been going so well and we are so grateful!! Like I said in an earlier post, we had to get the clear to start injections and we started them this past Saturday on June 29th!! Your dad has been giving me the injections and they haven't been as bad as I thought they would be!!! They definitely sting a little bit once the medicine actually is released but they shot itself is easy peasy!! I was really excited all day and we decided to have a date day to celebrate starting injections!

We went to this adorable little cafe and had THE BEST tomato soup (Also, how cute is your dad?!)

Afterwards, we went to Louisville Stoneware which is a place that makes and sells super beautiful pottery. We bought a really cute spoon rest but here is an example of one of their pie pans....So cute right?!

After our date we went over to my nanny's house and spent time with her, my mom and my siblings. My family is absolutely crazy but in the best possible way. And they love hard so get ready baby, you are gonna be so crazy loved.

When we got home, I started to get so nervous. We watched the video on how to do the injection so many times and then your dad prayed over us, and prayed that this would work. I felt more calm and ready for the injection. When he gave it to me, I hardly felt it! Once it started to sting, he got me set up with my heating pad and we watched some TV until I fell asleep. I have had three injections so far.

We have an appointment tomorrow to check to see how my body is responding to this medication. Our hope is that everything is going well and that my body is doing its job well. Praying everyday that we get to meet you so so soon.

All our love,

Mom & Dad
